Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Levered LLC's platform ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our Platform, you ("Seller," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Levered LLC provides software tools that enable sellers to accept payments via PayPal for digital and physical products, including recurring subscription payments, with additional features such as analytics and hosted checkout pages.

2. Merchant of Record

You, the Seller, are the Merchant of Record for all transactions conducted through the Platform. You are responsible for delivering your products or services, providing customer support, and handling refunds or disputes.

3. Payment Processing

• Payments are processed directly by PayPal.
• Sellers must maintain a valid PayPal account in good standing.
• Levered LLC collects a platform fee via PayPal's Partner Fee functionality.
• PayPal's transaction fees apply in addition to our platform fee.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any activity prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy (see below), including any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent conduct.

5. Liability

Levered LLC does not assume responsibility for buyer disputes, chargebacks, or non-delivery of goods. Our role is limited to providing technical tools for payment facilitation.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Levered LLC is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. The following activities are prohibited. Sellers must also comply with PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy.

In addition to this Acceptable Use Policy, all sellers must comply with the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. Any violation of PayPal's AUP will also be considered a violation of this policy and may result in immediate termination of your access to our platform.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to engage in or promote:

Illegal or Fraudulent Activity

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Selling stolen goods, counterfeit items, or engaging in fraud.

Restricted Products/Services

• Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
• Firearms, weapons, or ammunition.
• Adult content, escort services, or pornography.
• Gambling, betting, or lottery services.
• Multi-level marketing, Ponzi, or pyramid schemes.

Harmful or Deceptive Content

• Misrepresentation of products or services.
• Malware, phishing, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
• Content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.

High-Risk Financial Services

• Unlicensed money services or payment aggregation.
• Sale of securities or investment schemes without proper licensing.

Compliance Requirements

• Sellers must provide accurate information during onboarding.
• Sellers remain solely responsible for complying with applicable tax laws, consumer protection laws, and local regulations.
• Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
